Knowledge and imagination fascinates you easily. You are skinny and have an extremely fair skin. If the above describes you, congratulations, you are officially a skinny geek.

Well, I believe that behind that geeky concealment you have on your face is a burning desire to grow big muscles to amaze all the women out there. The reason why you are still skinny is because you haven't had the courage to make the first step, which is to admit you are skinny. Although it is hard for a skinny geek to put on some real massive muscle weight, it is definitely not impossible. The next half of the article will be showing you what steps you should take to grow big.

The Skinny Geek's Guide To Growing Big

The most important reason why you are still skinny is because you are not eating enough. Face it, some of the geeks can farm gold in "World Of Warcraft" without realizing that they have skipped a meal or two.

If you think that having 3 meals in a day is enough too. Researchers have proven that if you train, 3 meals a day is not enough for your muscles to grow to it's fullest potential because the time span between each meal is too long. Your body needs nutrients fast! Hence, 6 good size meals a day is the way to go. Good size meals doesn't refer to your usual double cheese burger. Try to google for optimum meal plans that suit your body. How much calorie intake depends on individual. For mass gaining, you can try 50% carbohydrate, 30% protein, 20% fat.

The next important thing is TRAINING. I'm sure you want the muscles to grow after knowing what to eat. I'll be coming up with a guide on how to build your overall body, so at the meantime, you can plan your meals first. If you still continue to act like a skinny geek, I'm sorry to tell you that the only chance you'll probably get a real woman is by joining "Beauty And The Geek".
