Effect sweet drinks

Sweet drinks make our weight uphill ride. The proof, the case of obesity in the United States community increased with the growing popularity of sweet drinks in containers that contain high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS).

This was stated by Barry Popkin, PhD., A professor in the Department of Nutrition, Gillings School of Public Health, and University of North Carolina. Unfortunately, these findings Popkin not supported by researchers in the United States. The results of discussions in September and said, Dangers with HFCS as any type of sugar.

The status of health are not good for this, we should limit consumption to no more than 100 calories or equal to 6 teaspoons per day for women, 150 calories or 8-9 teaspoons for men.
Try to get rid of all types of sugar, for two weeks. Including sweet drinks such as soft drinks measuring just 340 grams contains 8 teaspoons of sugar.

Afterwards, we will feel more healthy body and decreased appetite. Especially for us who like soft drinks, learn to consume only water every day.

Very true! I just started using purevie and it seems to work for me.
