4) Lean back
Siting at a 90-degree angle actually strains your spine. Instead, try to recline your seat back slightly. The optimal angle would be 45-degrees off vertical.
5) Safer scent
Some air refreshers contain phthalates, compounds that disrupt the hormone processes. So make sure the one that you have in your house or car is safe, no matter how good they smell.
6) Don't spray
Using household spray cleaners just once a week actually increases the chances of an asthma attack by 76 percent! I would say use wipes instead.
7) Steam the broccoli
Steaming broccoli increases concentration of glucosinolate, a compound found to fight cancer. Boiling lowers it!
