Research results presented at the annual conference of the American Heart Association in Las Vegas stated the antioxidants in orange hesperidin known, proved effective to increase the function of blood vessels and help lower your risk ofheart disease.
Hesperidin are also known as flavonoids. Flavonoids are also found in grapes, red wine, black tea and green tea, and chocolate.
Some is evidence in support of research that could improve the health of flavonoids cells lining the fine blood vessels.

They were asked to drink 500 milliliters of orange juice contains 292 milligrams hesperidin, other drinks with equal calories of orange juice, or drinks that are fortified with 292 milligrams hesperidin.
Researchers found that participants who consume orange juice or water that has been enriched with function hesperidin cells lining blood vessels better and diastolic blood pressure lower than those who drink without hesperidin.
