Day Two

Workout: 1.2 miles
5 minute warm up: 1.5 mph
23 minute alternately between 2.5 and 3.0 mph.
2 minute cool down 1.5 mph

Breakfast:
2 bowls of cereal
Orange

Lunch:
3 beef tacos
1 chicken taco

Dinner:
2 assorted fruit cups

Snacks:
Lemonheads
2 granola bars

Drink:
Carbonated flavor water-no sugar, no sodium, no calories
32oz. water

Note: Come on, buy groceries and make your lunch!! After this week and the next, as you finish up the semester and this internship, you are done doing the eat n' run!
