Dinner:
4 servings of Pasta

Snack:
Handful of Pita Chips
ag of low sodium but high fat poppycock popcorn
3 fun sized snickers

Drink:
16oz. of water
20 oz. of water

Note: No more buying snacks since you may be tempted to eat them elsewhere.
