Day Three

Breakfast:
2 bowls of cereal
1 orange


Lunch:
Turkey Sandwich on rye (mustard, pepper jack cheese, green pepper, lettuce leaf)
Chips-small bag
Pickle quarter
Side salad-2 tablespoons of Italian dressing and 3 slices of cucumber


Dinner:
2 apples
1 orange

Snack:
2 palmfuls of cashews
1 cupcake (from my teacher)


Beverage:
64 oz of water
