The fiance' splurged on me all last week.
I did walk three and half miles though.
So for today, it's back to sqauare one.
Lunch:
Cup of broth soup w/crackers
Small salad w/ French dressing
Chicken breasts
Scoop of mash potatoes
Low Salt gravy
Dinner:
4 steak tacos
Drink:
12 oz. of apple juice
6oz. of pop
20 oz. of water
