Workout: 1.1 miles
1.5 three minutes warm up
2.5 five minutes
3.0 five minutes
2.5 five minutes
3.0 five minutes
1.5 three minutes cool down

Note: I did 1 mile in 23 minutes. YEAH!!

Breakfast:
2 bowls of cereal

Brunch:
3 steak tacos
2 chicken tacos

Dinner:
Huge Apple

Snack:
Air popped popcorn with butter blend-low sodium

Drink:
44oz. of water

NOTE: Lay off the tacos!!
