Unfried and unbattered chicken nuggets
Chik-fi-la sauce
Sweet Potato Fries

Snacks:
1/2 small mixed bag of popcorn by 'Nuts on Clark'.
5 mini Ice Cream sandwiches

Note: Will be working out four times a week starting Tuesday, Day 14.
